If you are unhappy with your item or have purchased in error then you have the right to return it to us within 14 days of delivery for either an exchange or refund. The item must return to us with original packaging after only light use and the buyer is liable for postage costs.
If the item is defective on arrival then contact AV Shop UK as soon as possible to arrange for return. We shall then either fix the item or send a replacement as part of your FiiO 1 year limited warranty.
If the item you receive suffers a mechanical fault within the first year then you can return it to us as part of your FiiO 1 year limited warranty and we shall either fix the item or send you a replacement. If this is the case, then we will need to receive the faulty item together with the full set of accessories.
To send back an item, please contact AV Shop UK and outline the reasons for its return and we’ll then help you through the returns process. Return shipping is paid for by the customer unless item is faulty. Repayment will be made as soon as we receive the item in good order and the return is approved (refund within 30 days). AV Shop UK withholds the right to refuse a refund or offer an exchange if the item does not meet our re-selling standards.
